Stand on paper
Place a sheet of paper against a wall and stand on it, heel touching the wall.
Mark your longest toe
Ask someone to mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil.
Measure in cm
Measure from the wall to the mark. Do both feet and use the longer one.
